Outstanding service! My guests raved about the professionalism of staff as well as venue decor.

I had an amazing experience with the V.I.P. Country Club from the very beginning. Tom and Michael were wonderful to work with and made sure that every last detail was satisfied and accomodated all of our needs. I'm so happy that we chose to have our wedding here and would highly recommend it to any future brides. Joanna my bridal attendant was fabulous and was there to get me whatever I needed. I'm thrilled with how the day turned out and my guests still continue to rave about everything from the beautiful grounds to the delicious food! It was just a lovely day :)

This venue and it's management is superb! My June 4th wedding was spectacular. My husband and I loved working with Micheal and Tom! The food was amazing. The staff were attentive and fabulous! The atmosphere was intimate and elegant! They take pride in not having brides run into each other. I felt as if I was the only bride at the club. They value your budget and don't talk you up to paying more than your initial budget.The VIP Country Club is a three dimensional venue which makes it the perfect setting for any wedding.

I cannot say enough good things about the VIP Country Club. I knew it was my reception venue from the first five minutes of seeing that place and speakin to Tom Esposito, the GM. They were absolutely wonderful! They were easy to deal with, provided us with a great package for an extremely reasonable price, and pulled off a perfect event. The food was FANTASTIC! The selection of food choices for cocktail hour and beyond was FANTASTIC! They treated us like gold and gave us everything that we wanted and more. The matire d and his staff, and especially the bridal attendant (Allison I think was her name), were friendly, professional and just simply provided amazing service. Our guests raved and continue to rave about how beautiful our wedding was and how delicious all of the food was. I highly recommend the VIP for wedding receiptions or any other special events. The facilities are outstanding, beautiful, and not at all like other cheesy catering halls. I hope someone invites me to a wedding there in the future so I can go experience everything from the perspective of a guest. I just can't say enough good things about this place. I am an extremely picky, type A person. This place was worth every single penny we paid for it. They made everything so smooth and easy that it wasn't stressful at all. I loved my wedding and so did all of my guests. Book the VIP!!

Because of VIP's impeccable customer service, attention to detail, and elegant ambiance, the wedding would not have been the perfect celebration that it was.We planned with VIP for over 16months. We never felt disconnected or ignored. Their business was transparent and respectful, who followed requests, and were not afraid to provide knowledgeable guidance when needed; we always felt we were in good hands.The Ceremony:We decided to have our reception on site and outside, and though it was hot (May 29th) We were lucky to have as good of weather as we did. The view beyond the "altar" is a beautiful scene of the Long Island Sound and the grounds. And with the help of our celebrant/officiant Sarah dePalma (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) and arrangements through our florist, it was an open yet intimate ceremony.Just a heads up, VIP doesn't have a sound system, so we had our DJ (Ronnie from 'Musically Yours' also HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) provide a handheld microphone; not required, but helpful.CocktailOk so in true wedding fashion, we didn't get to the cocktail hour, but we knew what the food would be like; Amazing in quality and quantity! We forewarned our guests to bring their appetite. Though we didnt have an opporunity to enjoy our cocktail hour fully (photos), VIP did set aside a full spread for us in the bridal sweet, which was very nice. Everyone raved about the food.ReceptionBroken record here, everything was great. The room was beautifully prepared, the food was delicious (too many options to list here!), and the staff could not have been nicer while guiding us through the day. The open top shelf bar wasn't bad either!We really cannot find anything negative to say about VIP. If you find a negative review on this place, I'm guaranteeing it had nothing to do with their service or professionalism.This is what they do, and they do it very well.When searching for a venue in the White Plains, Stamford, NYC area; you should definitely consider VIP.

I could never bring myself to rate the VIP anything less than the top! The quality of service that was provided was beyond exceptional! The managers at the VIP were on hand the day of my wedding to make sure everything went smooth, which it did. The food was delicious! Guest are still talking about how delightful the food was. I was also very pleased with my bridal attendant for the day. His job was to specifically cater to me and that he did. If I had to do my wedding over I wouldn't choose any other venue!

I heard great things about VIP and they did not let me down. On my wedding day they went above and beyond. I even saw extra platters and details that I had not requested but they threw in which made my day even more special.

Other than a terrible expierience with M. Gucci limo out of white plains (please read that review) My wedding was a kick ass party and VIP had a lot to do with it. Other than supposedly forgetting the ceremony was taking place at the venue and charging us an extra 500 for that at our final meeting with Tom. Tom got us the tequilla we requested for our drinks, extra desserts and fresh fruit platters after wedding cake and was a breeze to work with and very understanding after I gave him 2 days notice that I had a special team coming in to perform at the wedding. Great food, great time, great place.

We considered this place for our wedding and they took 2 weeks to be responsive. It's a beautiful place, but the staff and managers are rude, unresponsive, careless and we decided to go with another venue. I can't imagine that they would be a good venue since their customer service left something to be desired.

The VIP Country Club was a great place to have our wedding reception! The food and service was great and everyone had a wonderful time.

I have nothing but the best to say about our wedding a few weeks ago at the VIP Country Club. After having visited over fifteen different sites within Westchester and Rockland, as soon as we walked in and spoke with Tom we knew this was our place. Aside from the site being beautiful, we were wowed by the menus and wide array of choices and options. Having been to many weddings over the past few years ourselves, we had never been met with such various options for food both in the cocktail hour and reception. The fact that we essentially had 5 entree choices was just amazing. The three usuals-chicken, beef and fish, but also a vegetarian entree and a Chef's Special which was Rack of Lamb. People were not only raving about the choices, but also about how incredibly terrific each and every dish was. In addition too the food being fantastic, everyone was nice and helpful and truly wanted to make sure the day was as special for us as it could be. Tom was wonderful and has been in the business a long time and it shows based on his professionalism and ability and willingness to help and be flexible. We had an amazing wedding and we could not be happier that we choose VIP!

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!I'm still floating on air! I was married at the VIP last month and everything was perfect. Tom and the entire staff attended to every detail. So much food and sooo delicious. The service was fantastic. If I could do it all over again, I would not change a thing! All our guests have called us raving. VIP made all of our dreams come true.

Overall the venue was great. We had our ceremony here as well. There was a major problem with the parking. Another wedding was coming in while we were leaving and an anniversary party. The parking attendants were rude to our guests. But the food was great and everyone had a great time despite this problem

Absolute easiest vendor to deal with for us. We went in went over the menus after a tasting and were basically set. I was absolutely calm when I got to the reception because I knew that Tom and his staff would be able to take care of everything. The only issue I heard was that the cocktail hour food wasn't labelled. Everyone (and our group varied from older parent figures to young 20 somethings) thought the service was outstanding, the staff was friendly, and the food was great. Decor and atmosphere was our original reason for choosing this venue. We could not have picked better.

The VIP was fantastic. The food was phenomenal, and they took AMAZING care of me. My bridal attendant was absolutely wonderful. She kept my drinks coming without my ever having to ask, she gave me and my husband HEAPING portions of food, and she brought us stuff from the cocktail hour to the bridal suite. It was really just a wonderful experience from start to finish. The VIP CC really knows how to put together a wedding.

The VIP did a terrific job with our wedding. We had a spectacular night and I’m glad we chose to have it there.

I had my wedding and ceremony at the VIP. They did a wonderful job and my guests were more than impressed with not just the quantity of food (some were totally shocked) but also the quality of the food. Some places provide a lot of food but it's not also so good. VIP's is amazing!! They pay attention to detail. I added a signature drink last minute at our meeting and I saw them being passed around durrning the cocktail hour. The guests were very impressed by that. I didn't love my bridal attendant, he spent more time helping organize the reception room and other things then being with me and helping me out. I also didn't think the maitre de did such a great job. Our band really pulled through and took a lot of the responsibility and announcing off of him. Our cake was beyond my dream cake. When I heard we had to choose from a certain bakery I was weary but it was such a beautiful cake and it tasted amazing. I wanted to add an extra layer and VIP threw it in at no cost to us which I thought was very generous. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I wouldn't have wanted it anywhere else.

The service at the VIP was superb. It is such a beautiful location that I had to have my ceremony onsite; outside on the terrace, BEAU-TI-FUL! Tom, the general manager was very helpful. We were assigned a maitre d' and wedding attendant and they were wonderful! The maitre d' helped line up the bridal party for the cermony and for the introductions during the reception; told everyone how to stand, where to walk, etc. The staff arranged our tables for the reception, I did not have to worry about a thing. Our wedding attendant was awesome, she followed me everywhere, literally everywhere. I felt like a Queen, she got me drinks, served me food. Many brides say they have no time to eat at their wedding, well not me, because I ate everything! Thanks to my attentative wedding attendant :-) My hubby and I joined in on our cocktail hour, which was excellent. There was soooooooo much food that our guests did not realize it was only cocktail hour. Plus the cocktail area at the VIP is so huge that each one of our guests were able to sit down at a table and they all said they felt as if they were at a fancy restaurant. The WHOLE staff servicing my guests were very professional and attentative. The food is delicious, the staff is wonderful, the service is fantastic!
