Tim Reynolds Wedding Music

Tim was fantastic! We chose a specific fun (and unusual) piece for our bridal party introductions. It would have been enough just to play the piece, but as I heard Tim doing the intros, it was clear that he had worked out the timing of the intros to perfection so that at the exact high point of the music, it was the cue for my new husband and I to be announced. It was perfect.Tim had our guests up and dancing even before dinner was served and people really only sat for dinner - they danced the whole night away and I think could have gone for a couple more hours too.The volume of the music was just high enough to make people excited about dancing, but it was still easy for the guests who were seated to have a conversation. Perfect. Tim's preparation for our wedding was really thorough and he did a great job throughout. He kept in touch with my husband and I throughout the evening so that we and our other vendors knew when a big moment was coming up, like cutting the cake. That gave our photographer and videographer a chance to set up their shots and gave me the chance to touch up my makeup in advance.On top of all that, Tim is a really friendly, personable and professional person. We couldn't have asked for more and we're so glad he provided music for our wedding.

Planning my wedding in Central Valley from abroad proved challenging, however Tim was so helpful and accomodating during the planning process (even trying to meet after Hurricane Irene)! Once the big day arrived, the music was exactly what we wanted - relaxed music during cocktail hour / dinner, then lots of current dance tunes during the night. The dancefloor was always full and all our guests had a great time. Tim successfully reacted to the crowd/events and transitioned the music based on the time of night and what people were dancing to. I highly recommend Tim for your wedding, party, anything!

Tim was so easy to work with and helped us make sure that everything went perfectly for our wedding day. Tim was such a pleasure to work with. His planning forms make everything a breeze and he really handles tough name pronounciations like a champ..we had a bridal party full of non-american names and he nailed them! He was very in tune to what I wanted from my reception music and managed to play everything we needed to hear and then some. He mitigated one potential disaster "Aunt" who wanted to give a speech, that I didn't, and took the blame so I didn't have too...he was just great! Tim was a consummate professional and handled my requests without his ego being part of the equation. He let us design the entire song list. Stayed out of the way, didn't do anything hokey, and the tunes rolled out. Yes, he costs more - and he's worth every dime. Not only did Tim provide the music for both our ceremony and reception, he helped to really guide us through much of the preparation for our big day. Tim met with us before to come up with a time line of events for the day and helped us to organize many of the little details we wouldn't have thought of. Tim was always extremely responsive and helpful throughout our wedding planning. We feel so fortunate to have worked with him! We highly recommend using Tim, as you can feel confident that he will provide you with a great party!!! Both of us, and our guests, were on the dance floor all night!!!

Tim was absolutely AMAZING. He played such a great mix of songs!! We had requested a handful of "must plays" and he took such great direction from that and played so many songs that we absolutely LOVED but would have never thought of. EVERYONE was up and dancing the whole night!! His presence was also very appropriate- only got on the mic when he needed to announce things like "first dance," and other than that, you didn't even know he was there. He really let the music and the dancing take care of the party! It was 10 million times better than I could have imagined! SO glad we went with Tim! He was so professional and easy going. I strongly strongly recommend him!

Hire Tim - you will be so glad you did!! Tim provided the music and up-lighting for our February 2011 wedding and he was by far the best vendor selection we made for our wedding. We wanted someone who would go above and beyond being the DJ - we needed someone who would coordinate the night's events and take the lead, without being pushy. Tim FAR exceeded our expectations. He is like the relative we all wish we had who would work behind the scenes and just make sure everything is ok! He is the consummate professional. Tim coordinated with our other vendors before the wedding, arrived well in advance of the wedding to make sure everything was set up properly, checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy (not to ask for direction - he was way on top of everything without us!) and played all the music we wanted. We were extremely comfortable asking him to determine the timing of the music depending on the mood - he was always dead on and the party was fantastic - and in no way "cheesy." I really cannot say enough about Tim - he made the wedding.

Working with Tim was outstanding. I knew that music was extremely important to keeping the energy of my wedding up and making it super personal.When I saw Tim's website I knew he shared a similar passion to creating a detailed playlist for the evening, but more important was his desire to glean what kind of mood and atmosphere we were looking for. In everything leading up to and including the wedding he was remarkably thorough and impeccable with his timing. I met with Tim and we literally talked for close to two hours, even with him feeling terribly under the weather, about everything having to do with the wedding. He really cared about making sure everything was perfect for me and my fiance, but also that we were comfortable enough to actually enjoy the event. Because I felt so comfortable with Tim I really felt like I had an ally at my wedding, almost another guest or friend, and not just someone to play music. And I had an amazing time, and Tim looked like he was having fun, it was absolutely perfect.

We hired Tim for our full event - ceremony, cocktail hour and wedding reception - everything was perfect, he did everything exactly how we asked of him. Tim was nothing but professional in our full experience with him. He was always there for us throughout the entire evening, making sure we were happy and having a good time. He went beyond all of our expectations of what a wedding DJ is expected to be. If you are looking for your wedding DJ to be classy and elegant, while still making sure everyone is having a good time and dancing, then Tim is the person for you.

Tim was the best DJ!! As a couple, we do not have the greatest knowledge of music. Tim was able to help us decide a set of music that we really enjoyed. He was able to help us decide our first dance, father daughter dance, and mother son dance. He was always willing to go the extra mile to help us feel at ease. The cocktail hour was classy and refined. Tim handles himself with the utmost proffesionalism. He made sure that entire reception went extremely smoothly. Tim made sure all our guests had a great time and let my wife and I enjoy the happiest day of our lives. I can't even begin to thank Tim for the wonderful job he did for us. Tim's the BEST!

Wedding date june 19 2010We worked with Tim and were thrilled with his service! Tim is the classiest DJ around and does an incredible job at reading the crowd to keep everyone dancing. Our guests were dancing up until the very last song at the end of the night! He was able to entertain and please guests of all ages with a great mix of oldies and current songs. Tim is an extremely professional DJ. One of the things we liked best about Tim, was his commitment to elegance. We wanted a sophisticated DJ that wouldn't stand out too much, one that stayed behind the scenes. We did not want a DJ that hands out blow-up saxophones or other gimmicky toys. Tim also met with us, and took thorough notes as to what we envisioned for our wedding. He truly listened, and the day of our wedding was seamless, all the way down to the last song. Tim took requests, as well as maintained a friendly demeanor throughout our event. His equipment is top notch, as well. I highly recommend Tim as a high-quality wedding DJ.
