Lindsey Maurath Events

It's hard to know where to start when describing how important Lindsey Maurath was to us in 2008! We found Lindsey through our photographer and booked her immediately after meeting with her for about an hour. Lindsey immediately made me feel like we were in good hands with her as she was, first and foremost, professional and serious about her job which I related to instantly. Lindsey seemed to know us and our vision within moments and then brought us ideas which matched it perfectly. Besides bringing to the table elements that become treasured to us when we were living through the actual wedding day, Lindsey became a confidant to a very stressed bride during a very stressful year- having to juggle the work life in Manhattan and planning a wedding in Connecticut. Whenever I spoke to Lindsay she quickly put me at ease- she has a very soothing way about her that kept me calm. And on the day she and her assistant, Abby, were amazing. I continue to receive comments about how lovely they both were to the bridal party, the vendors and the guests. And our wedding was raved about by the guests, from the beautiful candlelight and projection setup in the ballroom to the individual apple pies Lindsey picked out as our favors! If anyone is getting married in the CT area, meet with Lindsey before you go a step further. A little up front cost will save you months of migraine pain.
