Erica did a sensational job on our wedding cake!! We did something very personalized and very un-traditional and she delivered more than we expected. She was a pleasure to work with, she really listened to what we wanted. Her cakes also taste amazing!! She has a large list of flavors and we were able to have flavors that you don't see at every wedding. I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Erica truly blew us away with her cake. My fiance and I had a vision of what we wanted the cake to look like. We showed her samples and colors and she ran with it. The cake was better than we had imagined, and all our guests were amazed by the detail. People told us it was the most beautiful and most original cake they had ever seen, and it tasted wonderful! I would love to use Erica's services again. Maybe in the future for our baby shower!
