The team of wedding planners at Double G Events were so helpful to us in our planning as well as on the day of our wedding. We couldn't have done it without them.

Maggie and her staff provided wonderfully competent and sensitvie expertise to our family during this past year as we planned our daughter's October, 2011 wedding. She was a cost-conscious resource as we reviewed and contracted with our vendors. . .and was always just an email or phone call away. . returning our calls and messages promptly. As with all weddings. . .there were things that demanded more attention and discussion for resolution. Maggie was calm and provided knowledgeable feedback. . .calmly supporting us as we worked towards resolutions. Even with all the planning and time tables. . .on the day of the wedding. . .there were the inevitable last minute issues. . and knowing that we had Maggie and her terrific staff to help and solve. . .was very comforting. I would recommend Maggie and her assistants to be a part of any event.

As the bride, Double G Events made this night truly memorable for me. It was a comfort to know that I didnt have to worry about anything that night and that Maggie and her team were on top of it. Their attention to details was amazing and throughout the year, I never had an issue getting an email response or a phone call back. I felt like I was the only Wedding Maggie was planning, though she has many others in her que. I would recommend this company to anyone for any event.

Our wedding day you coordinated for us met and exceeded all of our expectations! The food was delicious, the wines you helped us pick out were outstanding and the room was beautifully designed especially with the flowers you provided! In a particular way, the service was exceptional and your two Associate Planners as well as the rest of the Event Staff were all gracious, accomodating and polite.We are grateful to you for being available anytime we needed you with answers to our questions, being flexible and making for a memorable and enjoyable day! Working with Maggie and her team made everything so seamless and easy that I knew that I could sit back, relax and breath. From the time we met to our wedding day, everything she did was perfect. She really listened to what we wanted, worked with our budget and formulated a design that was specific to us. And I will say that our wedding day was very memorable! Our guests has such a wonderful time and the photographer and every other vendor she suggested were amazing!Maggie and team were always there when needed and were always one step ahead of us everytime. We had such and GREAT time at our wedding! Maggie and her Assistants were so on top of everything! I never realized how many details there are in planning a wedding, especially one of our size (200) people but Maggie was there every step of the way, pointing us in the right direction!We opted for her Full Service Package and full service we got! We live out of state but wanted to have our wedding in CT and Maggie even kindly picked us up from the airport when we landed 2 weeks before our wedding! Maggie made sure that everything ran smoothly from the time we met until the last guest left on the night of our wedding so that we didn't have to. She planned the event with care and attention to detail as if it were her own special day and executed it even better. What I loved most about Maggie and her team was that she was always just a phone call away during the planning proccess whenever we needed her whether it be for a simple question or high concern. Maggie helped coordinate our wedding last year on August 2, 2009 in New Haven, CT. What we liked most about her when we first spoke was that she was professional, fresh and straight to the point. Certain things we requested that maybe the venue didn't offer she didn't blink twice and was willing to make it happen for us in whatever way she could.The day of the wedding I felt very secure having her there and felt very confident that I could take my "boss" hat off and just have her tell me where and when I needed to go. We truly had a positive experience with Maggie and she never made us feel like we were being difficult. She helped us have the most fun wedding that our friends and family are STILL talking about!
