From the first time we met with Chris, we knew we had made the right decision. He took the time to get to know us, and what we wanted. The day of our wedding, Chris was just amazing. He acted very professional, and at the same time acted like he really cared about our wedding and the memories we would have. From the silly things, like reminding me to pick up my dress while walking on the grass so it wouldn’t get stained, to going out of his way to get just the right pictures of our one ring bearer and four flower girls (ages 1-5, not an easy task!), Chris was just amazing! But words can’t describe just how impressed everyone was once we got out pictures, just breathtaking! We did pictures before our ceremony at a rock cliff overlooking the ocean, as well as at an old lighthouse. These pictures far exceeded our expectations, and everyone that has seen them has commented on just how great they are. We can’t thank Chris enough for all of the effort he put into giving us pictures that truly captured our wedding day.

Chris was absolutely outstanding to work with! I knew as soon as I met with him that I wanted him to photograph our day. Leading up to the wedding, he was always quick to respond and extremely helpful with anything I asked of him. He has such a pleasant demeanor and is so easy to work with. He is also extremely prompt. I have been able to view my online gallery less than 2 weeks after my wedding.He is a true professional.In terms of his skill level, I couldn't be happier with the work he has done for us.Chris has an amazing eye for detail. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Chris! From the moment my fiance and I met him, we knew he was the photographer we wanted to work with. His calm, pleasant personality is exactly what you want in a wedding photographer. Throughout the planning process he was responsive and organized and on the day of the wedding he really shined. We really can’t say enough about what an amazing job Chris did photographing our wedding! His work is truly beautiful, and he is so nice and easy to get along with, which is very important considering you basically spend your entire wedding day with your photographer. From our first meeting through the end of our reception Chris was a consummate professional. Chris was completely unobtrusive at our wedding, we hardly noticed him most of the time but based on our pictures he was everywhere! Chris is fantastic! Not only does he have an amazing eye for still images, he has a flair for capturing the spirit of the event as well. We were thrilled with the way our pictures came out--he found all the right moments. We received both color and black-and-white printouts of the shots, but his colors are so vibrant and perfect I would have been happy with those alone. Throughout the evening, he checked with us and showed us the shots in the digital camera to make sure we would be satisfied with what we were getting, and we got all the shots we wanted. After the wedding, our pictures were finished at a speed that would make other couples jealous. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for my next occasion.

Chris was our photographer for our wedding on July 17, 2010 at Elizabeth Park in West Hartford CT. He did a wonderful job capturing the moment! Chris photographed my May wedding in Westchester and he did a beautiful job! I have received dozens of compliments on the photos. His work is clean and thorough (he managed to get nearly all of my 130 guests in at least one shot). He took the perfect combination of all typical yet important pictures (first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc) and of candids. He is very nice, responsive, and easy to get along with, and his passion for his craft is reflected in his work. Chris photographed my wedding in September 2009, and I would highly recommend him to any brides-to-be in the New York City area. Chris is so relaxed and easy to deal with. I never felt ANY stress about the photography at any time because Chris always made my husband and I feel at ease. The day of the wedding, he was calm, professional, and a lot of fun to work with. All of my friends and family loved him, too! Our photos were ready two weeks after the wedding, while some of my coworkers whose weddings had been before mine still didn't have their photos. Chris was truly fantastic, not only on our wedding day, but in the days before and after our wedding. He was accomodating and accessible; he completely put our mind at ease before-hand, and we had total confidence in him that everything would be just fine on our wedding day. Chris was a great photographer for our wedding. He paid a lot of attention to the details and special photographs I had discussed with him prior to the event. During the ceremony, Chris and his assistant were able to take great shots without blocking our guests' views, etc. The pictures came out wonderful and I couldn't be happier.

We were looking for a more artistic and "real" portrail of our wedding and Chris was the perfect match. He has a journalistic approach to his photography which captured our wedding perfectly and in the manner we had requested. He was extremely professional, made us feel comfortable, and was a pleasure to have with us on our big day! In addition, he had our pictures uploaded before we came back from our honeymoon! I would definitely recommend Chris for any event! We hired him to do our wedding on 7/18/09 and I could not have asked for someone better. His prices are comparable to other photographers, but you get so much more for the money. He took great engagement photos (included in the package) and captured our wedding beautifully! Our pictures are perfect! He is great at conventional photos, as well as artistic ones. I have gotten so many compliments on our photos. Chris did a wonderful job with our engagement and wedding photos. Chris� ideas for photos are creative and original and I feel like our photos are one-of-a kind. In addition to his exceptional work product, Chris also has a positive and friendly attitude. It rained on our wedding day and Chris was full of positive energy and imaginative ideas for photos on what was supposed to be an outside ceremony.

The photos are beautiful. I stare at them all day long! I simply love how he have captured the emotions of everyone attending our wedding. The expressions are priceless. We could not be more pleased. The pictures are the only element of the day that will last a lifetime and they certainly tell the story perfectly. The Marines flag flying proudly looked great! Every detail from the corset on my dress, to the brightly colored bubblegum in the candy jars, to the tear running down my mothers face were all photographed and I could not be happier!

If there was a way I could give Chris 10 stars, I would. My husband and I hired Chris for our destination wedding in Grand Cayman as well as our vow renewal in Connecticut. We actually met Chris while my husband was diving at a local site and I was shooting photos with our new camera. Chris was kind enough to give me a few pointers that helped me a great deal. I made sure to check out his website and fell in love with the photos. When it came time to hire a wedding photographer, I made sure he was on our list of potential vendors. After researching online and a few interviews, we decided to go with Chris. We couldn't be happier. He is a truly talented photographer and was able to capture all the important moments throughout both of our special days. One of Chris' best attributes is his great personality. His easygoing nature meshed extremely well with our families during our small, intimate ceremony on Cayman. At our vow renewal, he captured so many special moments when we didn't even know he was there. My husband and I highly recommend Chris Ware to any couple out there looking for a talented and enthusiastic photographer.

We still are glowing and so pleased with everything Chris did for us. I love sharing the photos and narrating the story the pictures really tell for themselves! One of my bridesmaids actually used Chris for her wedding this year because she was so impressed. He was the best thing we spent money on for our wedding and would recommend him for any wedding or other event that needed a photographer!
