In general, my experience with Arcadia was positive. My flowers were beautiful - exactly what I wanted. They were in my price range, and I didn't think anything was forced upon me. One of my arrangements was not balanced well and fell over in the middle of the reception. I felt bad for the person they fell on. It could have been dangerous. But that was probably a freak accident. Everything else was great.

I worked with Arcadia for flowers at our church and venue and all I can say is that everything turned out more amazing than I even expected! Sammy and Jen were so easy to work with and made the whole process so easy. The bouquets were absolutely goregous & so fresh as were our flowers for the church and venue. I would highly recommend them - you will not be dissappointed!

Arcadia did an amazing job with our flowers. Everything from the ceremony room to the reception to the bridal suite looked perfect. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because they were very expensive and I feel I would have been able to shop around and get lower prices if they weren't a required vendor by our venue.

Arcadia Floral produces beautiful wedding arrangements and decor. Their showroom is second to none. They are expensive, however the quality of their work is worth the expense in my opinion. My one complaint is that I did feel that certain of the staff was not as responsive as I would have liked at certain points when asking questions. However, everything on the day of the wedding turned out beautifully.

When I first started planning my wedding I thought I was going to go the do it yourself route as far as the centerpieces went but I soon realized that with everything else on my overflowing plate this was not going to be easy. The Fountainhead (See review) recommended I go to Arcadia and Im so glad they did. We worked with Sammy and the day I meet him I knew he understood my vision for the wedding. Let me tell you exceeded all my expectations. The centerpieces were gorgeous and my guest loved them. My bouquet and my bridal parties bouquets were beautiful. **The flowers also are very fresh and lasted weeks after the wedding.** Prices were reasonable and they will work with you to fit your budget.

I am not a huge flower person, and I wanted to create a wintery feel to my reception with tall centerpieces filled with snow covered branches, and white flowers. Arcadia did just that! Their kind and patient staff sketched my centerpieces and put together an example for me to review and change if I didn't like anything FAR IN ADVANCE. They were very reasonable and all my other flower arrangements (bouquet, boutonnieres, and ceremony arrangements) were delivered and presented just the way I asked!

Overall, Arcadia did a nice job. The centerpieces came out exactly as we had requested (they also made a sample for us to look at a few months before the wedding) - many of guests raved about them. Jen and her team were very responsive throughout the planning stages - they always promptly returned my messages and were receptive to my comments and/or any issues I raised. However, there were certain items that fell short of our expectations. First, the arch that we ordered for our wedding ceremony did not look like what Jen had described to us at our meeting. Instead of having flowers continuously looping around and covering the arch wiring with curly willow(which looked like it was made out of white colored metal) and especially the center of the arch, Arcadia hung what looked like 5 rectangular-bunched set of flowers around the arch, leaving gaps in the arch thus exposing the white metal underneath. Clearly Arcadia skimped on the amount of flowers for the arch which is disappointing considering that was our biggest purchase of all of the floral items. The other items that I was not pleased about were the BMs' bouquets and my bouquet. They were made using the same type of flower - calla lilly - but just in different colors. The BMs bouquet and my bouquet were incredibly small - I expected to get nice round bunches of calla lillies in a nosegay look, but here again Arcadia skimped on the amount of flowers it put into each bouquet. I was really disappointed in the quality of the bouquets given how much I paid for them - and some of the BM bouquets started falling apart after the ceremony. To recap, service was the best thing about Arcadia. Because Arcadia doesn't make sample bouquets or arches like it does centerpieces for you to review in advance of your wedding, they have wide latitude with those items and may give you less than what you expect/agreed to, and at that point there's not much you can do because you'll have seen the final product on your wedding day.

Fantastic!! I loved, loved, loved working with Erikka at Arcadia. She is the best!! I was most concerned about the flowers for some reason and she was so incredibly patient and helpful. From the flowers at the church to the reception to the bouquets, Erikka made my vision of the day a reality. I HIGHLY AND ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend Arcadia and if you can work with Erikka, do it as she was the best!

Well the service was good prior to the wedding day, we had a few issues going back and forth to really get the look I wanted. The day of the wedding was a little hectic because they didnt do what they were suppose to in the ceremony room. So they had to send more flowers that actually matched the theme. great right?? I wasnt going to go look at the ceremony room until the actually ceremony but I had some spare time so i went up, and omg i almost died! they also forgot the bouquets and had to go back and get them. I dont know if i recommend them unless u want a little stress and possibility of disaster.

I didn't see the florist when they dropped off everything to the hall but the flowers were fantastic! Some of the arrangements are still alive after a week and a half! The bouquet was so pretty. I still have it and will hold on to it as long as i can. Thank you!

Everything came out PERFECT!!! They are so easy to work with and will listen to what you want! You get more than you will pay for! My bouquet lasted for a long time!

I had no idea about flowers when I walked in. Errika was so helpful and took her time telling me about all the flowers. I changed my mind a few weeks before the wedding and she was happy to help me switch around the flowers. My bouquet was amazing and so was my MOH's. All of the flowers were fresh and looked great for the men and women in the wedding. Good job!!

My bouquets were to small and not what we discussed and my center pieces were not as full as the sample. Beautiful but not what I was told I would get.

Overall, Arcadia did an AMAZING job with our wedding. Leading up to the big day there was some confusion about where the flowers would be delivered (hotel vs. wedding venue) and different people I spoke to told me different things about their policy about delivering bouquets to the venue before the bridal party arrives. Also, I gave them multiple messages about reusing a centerpiece to decorate the gift card table, and I learned 2 days before the event that it had not been communicated to the venue. I would advise brides who are very detail oriented to just make sure that instructions don't get lost in the shuffle. All in all, in spite of these hiccups, the flowers were stunning and a great value. The chuppah was spectacular. I didn't like anything I saw in the sample books but Jen worked with me to design something that was more my style.

I was very happy with our florals created by Jennifer at Arcadia FLoral in Mamaroneck -- my bouquet was so gorgreous! The table settings were also beautiful, although thinking back, I wish I would have toned down the design (but that was my fault!) Working with Jen was easy, she was very flexible and worked well with my other vendors. Even though she was in the middle of her pregnancy she still met all of my picky demands, I give her credit for that too! I think I was a little "bridezilla" when it came to the flowers and Arcadia did everything and them some! Thanks, Arcadia! And especially thanks to Jennifer!

For our July wedding, we worked with Jen...and she was fabulous. When I initially came to her, I didn't have a particular vision in mind, and she helped by suggesting ideas and staying within our budget. She was so easy to work with, and was always so accommodating for my crazy law school schedule. Our centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, and flowers were gorgeous - we were so thrilled with everything. I highly recommend Arcadia and especially Jen!

Overall we are VERY happy with our flowers. The only issue we had was that my bouquet was supposed to have garden roses however I receieved regular roses. The bouquet was beautiful along with everything else however I am slightly upset that we were not given what we specifically asked. Overall great job though!

Amazing flowers. Unbelievable! They captured exactly what I wanted for my wedding. Jennifer was the best. So helpful and creative. Love!
